President: Levi Good

Levi was "born in a small town" where he grew up on a farm. He attended the University of Iowa in the engineering and business schools. He currently works for a web development company as an inbound technical support/sales consultant and recently partnered to start up his own web based company. He learned of the Jaycees out of pure determination by past president Kevin, in 2005. Kevin would ask to just hang out, but would end up helping set up or volunteering at a Jaycees event. He "officially" joined in 2007 during a bar crawl/bus trip to Wrigley field and has since made several new friends across the nation and enjoyed many activities while helping the community. Levi is now also project chair of his favorite event, the Field of Screams. He has realized how much he enjoys "freaking people out!" He hopes to bring more liveliness to the chapter and remind everyone of the excitement and fun that can be had while helping out several causes.  Levi was honored as a Top Local Chapter President in Iowa for 2011

After completing her BA at Wartburg College in Waverly, IA, Iowa native Nicole Pearson tried her luck at leaving the freezing cold for a place where winters didn’t exist. Unfortunately, she spent two years in Minnesota developing a Norwegian accent and a love for the Twin Cities. Nicole, with her two cats, returned to Iowa to attend graduate school and had planned on staying for only two years. Alas, two years has turned into multiple. Nicole started working with the Jaycees as a committee member for a children’s Christmas party and has been active since then. Come stop by the Jaycees and ask her about her attempts to love Iowa every season of the year.  Nicole has been awarded as a Top Chapter Board Member in Iowa for 2011.

Jennifer is an Iowa native and proud to call Iowa home.  A loyal Hawkeye fan, she believes she “bleeds black and gold”.  A 2006 University of Iowa graduate, Jennifer practices as a registered nurse at a local hospital.  When not working, she enjoys being active and cheering on her beloved Hawkeyes.  Jennifer got involved with the Jaycees because she wanted to meet new people and get involved in the community.  Her favorite part of the Jaycees has been the new friendships she has made.  Jennifer’s favorite Jaycee’s event is the Field of Screams.  Although she is actually too scared to go through the field, she enjoys seeing people leave frightened!
