The Jaycees holds an awards banquet for members and guests only
at the end of every year to thank and honor members for the level
of their participation within the organization over the past year. Certain
plaques are given along with some humorous awards. The current
President of that year is responsible for planning this event and
presents the awards to recipients. This is a time for Jaycees members
to reflect on the year's events while enjoying high-quality food and
exceptional company!

The former President does his/her last duties as President for that
year by swearing in the new newly elected President for the
upcoming year. The new President gets to get his or her feet wet
that night by swearing in the new Jaycees Board Members.
